Frustrated!!

I sent back a parcel sometime in August 2013, and I had emailed the proof. When I query, I am told the parcel still hasn't arrived. I have had so many calls requesting for payment, yet I told them that this was sent back, but I still pay my normal installment on time. Now I get a message stating that I owe 175.70! Where is this amount coming from? If it's for the stuff I sent back, surely they cannot expect me to pay for something I sent back, and why is it not stated/noted on my account that stuff has been sent back instead of sending out messages? I would like someone to call me and explain, I know HomeChoice is quick to balcklist, and I cannot afford to have a dent in my credit score by something I know I am not at fault for. Please do not even suggest I email to [Email Removed] as I have done so, so many times, and I am not even getting any response or help. I am ever so sorry I bought stuff again at Homechoice! After this, I will never buy anything there ever again!!
