Bad after service for defective products sold to

Late April 2013 I purchased a three pierce Geniune Leather Recliner Lounge 3-2-1 set from Cielo Lifestyle in Jhb. Four months down the line the Leather is peeling and the stitching started giving up. The lounge suite is basically falling apart at the seems. The Recliner does not recline it gets stuck and you have to physically puch it up. The colour was supposed to be chocolate brown, but that is not the case. Now they was me to incurr further cost and courier the goods to PE when I purchased the goods from JHB. I am livid at the at the after service and everytime I called for Dieter is always "not Available". I have sent several emails and spoken to serval other consultants to no avail.
