Pay points NEVER work

My family and I love our woolies food hall! Best thing since sliced bread in our opinion. But for goodness sake can someone sort out their technical issues with thier pay points! In the 10 months we have been living in Rustenburg we have been able to pay for our purchases by card maybe 5 times cause there is always a staf member standing at the entrance with a piece of paper that says thier card facility is off line. My wife is in that store daily, its up the road from our house which makes it so convenient, only to get to the door and have to turn around and draw cash at an ATM which is not our banks makes our shopping experience unpleasant! You guys have such a great concept, how is it that the basics are not in place to avoid this type of things?
