Pathetic service in Mitchell's Plain

I could no believe the service I received at KFC in Westridge on Sunday evening. I had what I hought was a simple order and ended up aiting what seemed to be 30 minutes for 2 burgers and 4 cones. I waited so long my cones started melting and the cashier refused to give me fresh ones. The cashier then got into a screaming match with me about the time hat I had been waiting and wouldnt even offer an apology or any sort of token of apology when I told her that this is what;s meant to be done.

There is absolutely no customer service and this staff is in serious need of training.

I'm sure that this will not be the last bad experience I'll have and certainly not the last complaint.

I would really like something to be done about this, KFC.
