PICK N PAY RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF

I've been unhappy about a lot of thing at the pick n pay florida. Today just put the cherry on the cake! I went to buy a few thing and when I got the the till I asked for a pack of cigarretes (20 courtleigh). the price R38.95. What??? That is day light. I called 3 different pick n pays and they are all R31.50. Please can this huge price difference be explained to me. Pick n pay cigarettes are most expensive than a garage. To top this all off I approached the Indian manger (wears glasses) male, about the prices and he had a nerve to have such attitude and tell me they are entitled to mark there prices at there own discretion. I have never in life experienced such bad customer service. From the prices being way out to them selling off milk and off cream and terrible rolls. I will NEVER shop at any pick n pay again because of one store trying to and rip people off. I think the consumer council needs to go in there and see what is going on there. I am more than willing to shed some more light to a manger at head office.
