I made an online order on 27 April 2013 for a mattress, a couch and some bedding. Payment and confirmation was done on the same day. Their delivery policy states that stocked items will be delivery in 3-5 working days. 2 weeks later, just the mattress arrives. I call to inquire and I get told the rest is on a truck from Joburg and will arrive the following week. After a month of waiting I phone the call center and nobody picks up. I send an email asking for a refund for the items they have failed to supply and I get a response from Rolleen Jacobs (23 May) saying " I have handed this over to the woman who placed the orders. I will get back
to you this morning with a reply". I still haven't heard from anybody.
