Incorrect price advertised

I was interested in buying a dvd/cd rack from Raymonds Furniture and the price advertised on the item was R399, since they only accept cash, I rushed to the nearest ATM after telling the lady that I will take it. Came back with the cash, only to be told they made a mistake with the price, it should be R3999 and both the owner/manager and his wife refused to speak to me, just told the saleslady that I have to accept it is a clerical error.
