GOOD DAY ON 28 MAY 2013 MY MOM PASSED AWAY, EVER SINCE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET HOLD OF HOME CHOICE TO ASK THEM THE STATUS OF HER ACCOUNT.
AT FIRST THEY COULD NOT EVEN HELP ME WHEN I ASKED ABOUT HER FUNERAL POLICY AND WHAT HAPPENS TO THE REST OF HER ACCOUNT UNLESS I SENT A DEATH CERTIFICATE. MY QUESTION IS WHEN WILL THE POLICY BE PAID OUT? OVER THE PAST 2 MONTHS I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS CALLS TO THE CALL CENTRE I HAVE DEALT WITH FOWZIA BRANDT WHO ASSURED ME THAT MY COMPLAINT WIOULD BE DEALT WITH IT WASNT AND I KEEP GETTING ARREARS LETTERS AS MUCH AS I HAVE NOTIFIED THEM OF HER DEATH. I NEED ANSWERS AS I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THE FUNERAL, SENT THE DEATH CERTIFICATE TWICE NOW! THIS IS UNNACEPTABLE AS EACH TIME I JUST GET TOLD A STORY! HER ACCOUNT NUMBER IS 151079236
