Poor workmanship on expensive products

I have changed my mind about the quality of @home products. I purchased a couch worth almost R12000 and a flask worth roughly R400. The couch I purchased about 3 months ago looked pretty from afar, after using it at home for the last 3 months I feel robbed. I have had to remove the small steel stands under the couch to bring the couch lower because the springs inside the couch make me feel like I'm going to bounce off and fall off the couch. I am not sure how the couch was made but the workmanship is shoddy and I am certain that couch is not worth R12000. Secondly a flask that I bought took a few days to fall apart, luckily i was able to exchange this flask for a new one, however i still need to handle the new one with a lot of care because of the way its designed. The cover is too heavy for the lever and one small mistake could break the flask. I wish @home could match the quality of their products with the cost of the product. Right now i am very unhappy with my couch but because i bought it on account I have no choice but to keep it and pay it off. I am tired of buying cheaply made products at exorbitant prices.
