Yet another complaint!!

Good day, this is NOT ON NOW!! I am so upset and disappointed with the service I got from RUSSELS, I need my refund back, it has been 2 weeks and I am not even told wwhat is happening... I logged a complaint here of whic I was contacted by the compalins departement of which they took my account and details... Still didn't get my money...
I am being told about the system that is not working... It is not my problem.. Its 2 weeks now and still I am told to wait 7 more days.
I WANT MY FLIPN MOnEY BACK
