Non delivery of embroidery machine

Mr Infanti failed to deliver two embroidery machines as per our agreement and has also failed to refund our R245 000, 00 deposit for the machines, despite an attorney's final letter of demand. He has done this to at least 4 other companies/people in SA known to us, which amounts to another R590 000, 00 defrauded by him over and above our money. Among other things he acts as an agent for deceased estates while he has never been appointed to these estates, he takes the money for an embroidery machine that is part of the estate and then never delivers the machine or refunds the money.
