Bad ITC record for paying furniture cash

We bought furniture for over R14000 at the JD group. bedroom suit was totally damaged. After no service from the JD group we returned the Bedroom suit. the manager was unholy unhappy because beggars in his eyes returns expensive damaged goods. So we decided we do not bother with such service and payed all the furniture cash. We bought the furniture on the 12.12.12 paid it cash on the 31.1.13 and the first instalment would be on the 1.2.13. On the 10.2.13 I got a bad reminder I am in arrears and do not full fill the non existing contract from the JD group. After contacting customer care I was informed that it was only a little mistake please ignore it! So I did. Now I applied for a bond and I get confronted by the bank and OOBA that I am in arrears with my paid off account at Joshua Doore. I have a bad ITC rating from the JD group and worst of it all it is registered at the Credit Bureau!! Obviously the bank will not give me a bond.
My d date for the bond is 12.7.13 so JD do not bother to investigate when you are finished I will still sit in a rented house because of your negligence and incompetence.
Thanks for destroying my ITC record. 21days to rectify my ITC is not acceptable.
