Bad service and bad attitude

I wanted to buy ipods at game, first the lady at reception has very bad attitude, then kept me transferring me from one department to another up until i got tired with no assistance waiting for people to assist me. i was so irritated people there just dont know how to treat their customers and very rude at the same time
