Cartilage in Baguette

I just want to start out by saying that I absolutely love Woolies and it is with a heavy heart that I need to compain about something from your store because everything in general is of such a high standard.

It isn't so much a complaint, but more a suggestion. I am SO happy that you guys have brought out the baguettes & sandwiches for lunch - in particular the chicken mayo & avo baguette, but unfortunately every single one that I've purchased from the branch has had cartilage inside it. I bought one again today and halfway through I have found 5 pieces of cartilage already. I do understand that it is quite difficult to ensure that nothing other than chicken gets put into the sandwiches but unfortunately it is not only off-putting (& makes me feel quite ill when biting into a piece of cartilage), but it is also very embarassing to have to remove the cartilage from your mouth. I find myself having to almost pick out all the pieces of chicken before I take a bite just to be safe.

Perhaps it might be a good idea to tell the staff to practice a bit more caution when removing the chicken meat, as the extra time spent would drastically boost the quality of the product?
