Ussian filled with cartilage

We work close to BP so lunchtimes we usually grab a bite to eat at the Wild bean Cafe.

I decided on a russian and chips. I was very disgusted to find big chunks of cartilage in the russian, a few is normal but when I cut the russian open it was full of white hard pieces of cartilage. I couldn't eat it and had to throw it away.
