ICE MACHINE

On 27 February my wife phone the Ermelo store to Enquire about the ice machines which was selling for R799, they assured her that they have stock, she went there and the store manager gave the machine to her for R799, the evening when we open the machine at home and discovered the the machine is dirty and that it is full of scratches on the inside. She took the machine back the next day and they offered her another ice machine, they phone her to inform herthat she can come and collect the machin, e in the store she discovered that the box was dent on the corner and and she was not sure if the machine was damaged then she ask for another machine, the person who brought her the machine tell her that they receive all the machines in boxes that was dent on the corners. The manager gave her back her money, but it is not acceptable for me to buy things that is damaged and then they tell you they received it from the head office in that condition. Your receiving sections checking and controlling is definitly not up to date, and to go back and back again for service is not the way of doing bussines-- time is money and no one is working for free. Train your staff to deliver proper service.
