Amazing service

We have opened our business account with Absa about two years ago. We have since had 3 client service people on our account. Out of all of them, Ernest has been the most amazing to work with. Every single time, he has gone out of his way to help us. He fully understood that running a business means that you do not always have time to come into the bank, and has always gone above and beyond to sort out paperwork and make our lives easier. Unfortunately, Ernest left for a different branch, but when I had a recent crisis to find some company paper work, I knew I could call Ernest. Without so much as an if or a but, Ernest tracked the documents down for me, scanned it and mailed it to me within 30 minutes. It saved me from losing out on a contract with a new client. It is an absolute pleasure working with people like this in Absa, and I do hope that we will continue to have this level of service in our business from our banking partner. Thank you again!
