Vile Tasting Peanuts & Raisins

Dear Sir/Madam,

I write with disappointment to express just how mortified I am by the vile taste of my simba salted peanuts & raisins.

Upon fliping the back of the pack and realizing the supposed "Simba Promise of Quality", I am all the more prompted to bring to your attention the let down on the part of this promise.

Meanwhile there's a dozen choices of the same product available to any consumer, it is the renown household name which has stood the test of time which makes one apprehensive trying out "alien" brands.

The peanuts taste vile in this particular pack and the rancid smell of what I assume to be the vegetable oil is disgusting enough to induce an endless bout of nausea.

Furthermore, the labelling on the packet has a legible "BEST BEFORE" caption, however the actual best by date is obscured by other print on the pack. (See attached picture) So I am not too certain if the peanuts smell the way they do because they've long passed their sell by date or whatever else the case may be.

Trusting my complaint will be well received and will be merited with the due attention it deserves
