Account opened on a decorators card

Designers and decorators get a decorators card for discount when purchasing goods at @home
It is not an account!
When the Melrose Arch branch opened, I had to fill in the application forms 3 times as they apparently misplaced it!!!

On no occasion can you take items out of the store or get items delivered if not paid in full.

So to my surprise over 3 years ago I started getting phone calls from the Foschini group that I must please pay my account (at that stage it was about R400)
I explained to this person and at least 30 others over the last three years that we only have a DECORATORS card and you cant buy on it.
During these numerous calls I found out that they had no personal details on the account and only linked the NR to my discount card
I have sent them a sworn affidavit that this is to only now receive a letter from VeriCred Collections that I am now listed and the amount is R1000 plus. ref 10010 0001 CS DESIGN
I am at my whits end as no amount of explaining seems to help these operators just make a tick next to your name to show their employers they called
Its a small amount but it is AND I REFUSE TO PAY
