So I'm taking your silence as a sign that you simply don't care. I have contacted you as of 12/07/2013 and still no response. I've got a reference number that means absolutely nothing. What do I do when I purchase faulty nappies? Should I just deal with it? I am very unhappy as I already sent you all the relevant details pics, serial numbers etc. I'm getting nowhere with you!! Your product is good but unfortunately I had a few broken once. Honest mistake? Just take ownership!
