PAMPERS NAPPYS Bad quality and bad custome service

I bought pampers active for my lil one and more than a few nappies onced wet the gel inside would break up. And move away and bunch up on one side of the nappy, I called the cstomer care spoke to phili she said dey systems are down I must email her about my complaint and take pictures of the nappy! Its been a week n I haven't heard anything from anyone! How bad customer service is that and pampers is not exactly cheap! I have the pics of the nappies! Pampers is making poor quality nappies nowadays, this had happened to me before with the nappies but I didn't think to call in then. Not acceptable pampers!!!
