Hi there,

I was just using your website and about to make purchase of an espresso machine for my wife's birthday. The delivery date calculated was the 30th August 2013 however I need the item by her birthday which is the 27 August 2013. Before completing checkout I decided to call you guys to see if there was anyways we could receive the item earlier even if it meant paying for delivery. The lady who answered the phone at 10.30am 14 August was useless. Completely unenthusiastic to help or even talk to me, why spend money on using John Cleese in you adverts to excite people about your website and then have dreary unhelpful call centre agents? she should have tried her best to help, recommend a different product, make a plan with delivery? she didn't seem to care if I cancelled the purchase and never shopped on Takealot again? I said so I should cancel, and she said yes?!!? Glad she doesn't scare away my customers and work for me...

Oh and finally I had ticked the donate option for R5 to go that charity, since the purchase is now cancelled I insist you still make that contribution.
