Crafters Fair - Breach of Contract

My first communication with Lizelle Fouche was in January, 2013 to enquire if I could be a Vendor specifically to sell my Christmas hand made craft products at the Crafters Fair to be held end November, 2013 at Norfest Benoni. I was asked to supply photographs of my products to see if they meet with their approval. After investing money on supplies and many hours of work since January to make up all the products I submitted my photographs. Five days later I received notification to say that all of my products had been approved. I immediately submitted their application form duly signed and asked for their banking details in order to secure my table. After receiving no reply I e-mailed a second and third time. After phoning twice I eventually got an e-mail stating that I had been turned down. I have subsequently e-mailed twice to ask why, where did I go wrong? Again, no reply. Six months of my time preparing and money spent on supplies. How can they play with peoples lives?
