EDCON HEAD OFFICE DECLINED APPLICATION (THEY DON'T

I'm totally disappointed with Edcon, on 07 July 2013 my fianc? and I went to Jet Mart Potchefstroom to open a new account the good helpful guy named James processed everything as we expected to get a feedback from Head Office but nothing happened. On 20 July we went back to the store and James did his best to find out what happened but the New Account Department at Head Office told him that they couldn't get hold of SANDF HR to confirm employment then we then we went again on Monday 02 Aug we gave James another number for (HR 012 674 6128), he called & gave Edcon Head Office the new number. Last week Friday 9th Aug we were told that account is declined with no valid reason but the same "NO EMPLOYMENT CONFIRMATION". Other people managed to get hold of SANDF HR on 0126746128 but Edcon can't! Why?

This is her 1st account as she has never tried to open an account anywhere else. Why don't you wana give her an account?
