YOU (Edcon Employees) DON'T DO YOUR WORK PROPERLY!!!

On Monday 12th I made a complaint on Hellopeter and received Ref No: 1308130013/GO but my complaint & reference number are not taken into consideration it shows very clearly that your employees are not doing their job.

I come from the store again today but your system tells me the same rubbish that there is no employment confirmation made even the lady at the store Mimi called them at your Head Office again gave them my HOUR number (0126746128) but it seems like your New Account Department is lazy to do their job.

How long does it take to investigate or should I go time and again to the store??? How many times should I apply for a simple account or you don't want me to be your customer??? How hard is it to open a new account? is Edcon playing mind games is it so difficult to open an account since the 7th of July.

If you don't want to open an account for me you should just tell me and keep it!!!
