BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

We bought 2 dresses is Polokwane on 23/7/2013 for our daughter to fit for a wedding in December 2013. We gave the items to her end of July in Pretoria to fit. This past weekend she brought the dresses back and said it is to big for her. Today I send the items back for credit to be informed by Shami that he is not going to give me a credit as one of the dresses are dirty and we probably wear it to a function. I asked him to show me the dirt or stain as I cannot see it. He battles through both dresses and show me something that I still cannot see. He refused to give me credit for one of the dresses at R 575. I still cannot see any marks on the inside of the dress. I asked to speak to the area manager and that were declined. He said I must phone Head Office. Spoke to a Tanya there and see informed me that see will phone branch but they cannot reverse decisions made by branch. Se phone me back later and inform me that I must take the dress to the branch and at some stage the area manager will have al look at the dress. This is totally unacceptable customer care. When I bought the items in Polokwane nobody checked the items on the inside for any marks.
