Train your staff

In the recent You magazine, there was a Pep brochure. I wanted to get the wrestling t shirts for my son. I was in CT on the 1st August and went to the Sea Point store and the one opposite Cavendish Square in Claremont and the staff were clueless about the promotion (even when I showed them the brochure) and not in the least bit interested in tryig to help. The same happened the next day at balfour park shopping centre when I was back in JHB. Instead of spending money on pretty brochures, maybe you should invest in staff training!
