Incompetent Staff!!!

What's the point of asking me for my bank card when I request a statement but you give me a bank statement that does not match the account I gave you? I am extremely frustrated with your staff. My salary is now paid into a different account because of your staff that just wants to chat with colleagues while helping a client. Now I must waste my time and go sort this mess up and pay all other costs that may occur on my account from my debit orders that have bounced due to your incompetent staff!!! FNB Balfour Park is just up and so is some of the staff. Thinking of taking my business elsewhere, thought FNB would be different from other banks.
