Rodents at Ster-Kinekor Claremont (Cape Town)

Saturday 19th January, 12:15 am. I was sitting in Cinema 4 at Ster-Kinekor Cavendish Square in Claremont Cape Town in the furthermost seat on the right-hand side, and began to hear scratching noises behind the curtains. The scratching became more and more vigorous, and upon hearing the disctinct sound of a mouse squeaking it was without a doubt an actual mouse or rat behind the curtains.

After spending R130 to go and watch The Life of Pi 3D, I was absolutely furious as the last thing a person expects to encounter after spending so much money is the knowledge of rodents within ear shot of where you are seated. It is absolutely disconcerting and unnerving to fathom the thought of a dirty creature in your midst while trying to focus on a movie you've really just spent a lot of money on.

This is downright disgusting and clearly shows that Ster-Kinekor Cavendish Square is not cleaned very well at all.
