Bad Attitude terrible service

Everytime we go to pick n pay after 6pm in the evening your greated with bad attitudes. On Friday I had a security guard shut a door in my face more than once, tell me her watch says its 7 at 6:45 and after talking to a manager, I watched her do it again to more customers. I cannot believe that stores can do this and when you do complain the manager simply tells you he will talk to her.
