In April 2013, I complained on Hello Peter with regards to a packet of pre cut veg that I bought with and expiry date in future but the veg went all mushy and bad beforehand. I couldnt use it and had to throw it away. PNP responded and this very helpful and friendly lady helped me. After the first corrospondence it took her about a month to come back to me with regards to this situation. She then apologised and said that a voucher has been posted to me and will arrive shortly. I thanked her for assistance. Now it is August 2013 and guess what, no voucher as promised arrived. I communicated this to Mmapula that have been dealing with my complaint and a few times asked for a reference number so that I can contact the post office and find out where this elusive parcel is. She blatantly ignored my e-mail. In these days, money, even the smallest amount means a great deal and I bought something which I couldnt use and PNP had a no care attitude about it when I asked for info as to where these vouchers are that were sent. This is the exact reason why I will rather shop at Checkers or Spar as they actually give a about their clients.
