Bad Service at Game Bethlehem

This morning my husband and I went to buy a compressor for him and a Home Gym for me.
We waited about 15 minutes for someone to assist us with the compressor. Finally we got the compressor an in the trolley.
Then we went to the fitness department and had a look at the home gyms. Again we waited about 10 minutes for someone to finally take notice of us. We told the guy we would like to purchase this specific gym of R4999.00. He then went to the back and came back to tell us they don't have any stock.
He could not give any indication when they will have stock available.
My husband then asked if the displayed one could be bought and if so what would the price be because it is already second hand. The sales person then told us it will be the same price. We asked to see the manager, which came with an attitude tell us if we don't want to pay the displayed price we can leave it.
I there and then decided not to buy anything else from them. I showed him the trolley with items I intend to purchase and told him I'll rather leave everything then, he did not even attempted to resolve the problem.
I will never go back to Game Bethlehem.
