Cash buyer IGNORED COMPLETELY!!

I walked into Game in Pinetown KZN to buy the new Samsung S4 Cash (Had the cash in my wallet)
When I walked to the cellphone department the two sales assistants where talking away and laughing and having a good chat with each other. I proceeded to the rack where all the phones are displayed thinking the would come and ask if I needed assistance. after "casually" browsing for 10minutes they were still both talking and laughing,
I approached them to tell them I would like to buy the New Samsung (R8500)!!!
They both just looked at me, then carried on talking as if I was not even there.

I went to the kiosk and asked to speak to the manager of the cellphone department. To my shock he was one of the people have a good chat and laughing that ignored me.
I was extremely off and walked straight out the store.

Game, you lost a good sale, I will never even think about going to a Game again!!!
This is UNANCEPTABLE!!!
