I had actually decided to leave this, but now after some thoughts I think I need to. I bought a red bag on the 27th May 2013. Then within 5 days the bag started chipping and peeling on the handles. I returned it within the 10 days, I think it was the 4th of June. When I arrived I told Johanna the story. She looked at the bag and said to me "this looks like something that was done intentionally". I looked at her & could not believe it. Like seriously? I asked her what she meant & if she was aware of what she was insinuating. That I possibly intentionally chipped the bag & now I am returning. If this was not bad enough, she decided to call her someone to check with her. Her manager asked for a picture of the bag. I mean I sat there while they are taking pictures of the bag and sending them. I have never felt so insulted in all my retail experience. Let alone that I had spent R800 buying a bag which was falling apart on me after less than 5 days. This is the 2nd time with the same person that I have had issues and 2nd time with NW Brooklyn. Funny thing is that when I told a friend the story, she told me that she was done with NW because of similar experience. Lesson learned.
