Nine West
People need to CATch onto CAT's attitude!

December. Super busy time for anyone in retail. I was looking for a specific Nine West bag for my sister for Xmas. I phoned around but no one had it available. When I called CAT at the SANDTON BRANCH she didn't have it either BUT... She went to their sister store around the corner and checked for me there. She also suggested various outlets in Sandton City who carry the NINE WEST range. I didn't find the bag in the suggested stores but went to thank her for her help and for going that extra mile. When I got in to the shop she was funny, bouncy & full of other thoughts and ideas. We took various pictures of other bags and sent them to my sister, who replied and another bag was bought...

When I went back to the store on Saturday -Side Walk Sale - BUSY - CAT was once again full of beans (although in serious need of some coffee...) and funny. My 2 yr old niece decided that she wanted to copy Mignon, the live model in the window, and she walked into the same spot and started modelling a Nine West clutch bag... CAT thought this was hilarious and ran outside to take pictures (as I was already doing, of course!) on her BB!
