Good Day
As a first time client of your bank, i had a bad experience on the 28 September 2013. I went to the ATM in Paul Kruger Street to withdraw money, At the ATM, did what was expected and waited for my cash, the sms went off, hence no money was coming my way. I in formed the security, who politely told me to wait it might pop out if not to go inside the branch. Obviously, i could not walk away from the machine incase the money shows. i waited 45 minutes and decided to call the Call Centre on 0860101341. I called and told my story and given a reference number which is 55230997. Also told it will take 15 days to get my money back. Surely technical issues when the ATM goes offline, does it take 15 days? Had to call the Call Centre for updates how far is the query, same story 15 days (my next pay day). I work for an organisation and for issues never take 15 days to resolve, if so we would update our customers. The money was towards my rent and now, if i sit outside and being locked out from my flat? All because of 15 days, not on people not on.
I expect an apology and what is the way forward. Especially for a new customer, VERY BAD SERVICE!!!
