Bad service

Our samsung TV was handed in for repairs because it was still under warranty. We took it in 6 August 2013. Yesterday 5 September I phoned the store to find out whether it is been fixed, only to hear that it is fixed and ready to be picked up in Rustenburg, but that our local store will not send someone to get it because they will not go for only a TV.

I mean it is now a month later and we still don't have our TVback!
