Dishonesty

More then 2 months ago I took my Plasma in due it just switched off./I have just now found out that the TV was never send in for repairs however recently on the 06/08/2013/ to me calling since last month I could not get straigth answers from Edward @ KERK STREET RUSSELLS of which he even said to that he is busy loading and will call me back/I have left numerous message and Edward at never return to me however since he relised he is in trouble./Last week friday he called me and left a message that my TV will be available on Tuesday 06/08/2013 but called me earlier and further inform me they still busy repairing the TV... I am disgusted by the dishonesty of Russells and will never ever by a Item from any JD Groupe..even to me calling the complaints line 0114080408 they placed me on hold for long..I have been a loyal client..it is my last I will purchase something from you..
