Half Empty Cups

Good day, I am absolutely in love with all the Activia Flavours, and I buy a six pack every week. On saturday the 27th July, I bought a six pack of Activia Cereal Flavour from Checkers Hyper in Rustenburg, and three out of the six containers were only filled half. I did contact the customer care number on the tub, and have reported the problem last week, and the lady told my that someone will call me and that I will receive a voucher. I have not received a voucher as yet and have not had a call from anyone. I just feel this is a factory fault or quality control problem, and Activia is not the cheapest yoghurt on the market. If half the pack was half, I only got three quarters of what I paid for.
