STILL NO ANSWERE

Well it has been a week, somebody from Homechoice did call me with regards to the discrepancy on my account and said that they would investigate and get back to me... NOBODY HAS SINCE THEN CALLED ME. However due to my non payment until the discrepancy is sorted I have recieved numerous calls daily from accounts department regarding payment, when I ask them to look at the notes made on the system, they just slam the phone doen in my ear.
I have tried to get the MD number but nobody has his number or is not willing to give me his details, maybe he can sort this matter out.
I would like to state that if Homechoice list me as a slow payer I will take matters furthe
