Object found in Brown seed loaf

Good day

I am a regular shopper by Woolworth, due to the high standard they produce.
I bought my weekly bread and hoping to get my partner to eat brown bread, but instead he bit into a RED FIBER OBJECT, non-eatable fiber thank you woollies. I am highly disgusted due to the fact that i got no idea what it is, where it came from and if its toxic.
Really doubting the quality and the hygiene in your kitchens. Really thought your food is clean and free of non-eatable objects.
