Firstly the application form should be updated to include income and expenditure sheet, since the staff cannot even work that out. They need information from me, but I need to call them all the time. The consultant advised me my application would be approved between 2-5 hours, that was Sunday... still waiting as they apparently need some information from me, but when I phone, they tell me it's at approval process, and the consultant at Eastgate keeps calling me to say I need to phone them.
If this is the service already, i would rather stay without the account, thank you. These companies have become so unreliable and unprofessional, rather buy cash from somewhere else.
