They called me and offered me pots that are worth R6999.95 at R2696.95. The amount was suppose to deducted as a six month installment, instead it was deducted as one payment. They claimed that I could go to the bank and reverse the amount instead it appears as if I swiped my card. Contacted them on the 4th March and they promised to get back to me, I am currently still waiting for their call. I've been calling them everyday at different times and the lady handling my case is either on lunch, busy with another client or absent from work. This is not the first time I'm having issues with HOMEMARK. Last year they took money without me ordering anything and their policy says they'll refund money in 7DAYS instead it took 2MONTHS... I will not advice anyone to buy anything from HOMEMARK. They have a customer care service that should be called a CUSTOMER HEADACHE SERVICE.
