Pick 'n Pay
DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

I am writing with respect to the issues I have been having with Pick n' Pay in Langebaan (near Vredenberg) in the Western Cape. The shop has a lack of stock of many items especially in the fresh fruit and veg departments. This is not a once off occurrence but instead I regularly can only obtain half the items on my shopping list every visit (2-3 times a week). I now have to venture to Vredenberg Checkers to do my grocery shopping. Also, often the fish counter at Pick n Pay in Langebaan has a putrid smell about it. Furthermore I have noticed over the past year that much stock has already expired and is past its expiration date. I feel as though this is unacceptable given that Pick n' Pay is the commonly chosen grocery store for many.
