I waited for almost and hour for service, its lunch time and there was only 1 person at the tills to assist the people in the que at Edgars Customer service counter. Only after I complaint 2 more assisted at the tills. This is unacceptable its lunch time which normally is the busy times. they should have all staff at the tills.
