Mr Price
Surely not my problem!

Hello

I did some online shopping on Mr Price website for items that were marked down. When i tried to check out the website allowed me to put in my delivery address as well as my card details but would not let me proceed further. when i contacted the customer care center the gentleman told me that there was a problem with the pricing and that an item that was supposed to be R45.00 for example was incorrectly put on the site for R4.50 and that there is absolutely nothing that they can do for me, and that i will have to replace the order once the pricing has been corrected. I refuse to believe that this is true and surely their pricing problem shouldnt be my problem should it? specially seen as the items are already in my basket at their "incorrect prices" How does the consumer protection act deal with such situations?
