I sent an enquiry for a quote to Gary (manager). Did not receive acknowledgement of receipt of email sent to him and still no quote received to date. Phoned and left a message with receptionist twice last week - no return phone call. Phoned again this morning to ask if supplier are in fact interested in quoting and if they were interested in new business. Gary didnt have the decency to greet me when I was finally put through to him. Instead, he kept quiet and waited for me to ask who I was speaking to. He gave one word answers and no apology for the fact that he has not bothered to call return my calls - totally unprofessional. It was like I was speaking to an inexperienced 13 year old. He then said he would quote within 2 hours which did not happen. Instead, I received an email minutes later, stating that they unfortunately would not be able to supply the goods - no reason. For a supplier who considers themselves leaders in the market, they really need to look at their customer service levels, which are nothing short of SHOCKING AND UNPROFESSIONAL. If this comes from top Management down, it leave little hope for improvment elsewhere in the organisation as they lead by poor example
