Unprofessional and Full of, .. Disgusting

Two and a Half Weeks ago i Called a Wedding Co ordinator at Emerald Called Rachel, it was a referral... we went thought all we need for having our Wedding there, .. and she asked that i put everything in an E mail and she'll Sent me a Quote so i could Start Paying and Secure a Venue, i still havent received a Quote, i always call her, she doesnt return my Calls or E mails, i Confronted her this morning about how unreliable and Unprofessional she is and she gave me Attitude, she claim to have E mailed the Qoute which i havent received, i called so many times i know her number off by Heart, i even provided her with my Fax and Personal E Mail still she keep Claiming she E mailed which is Impossible cause i would have long got it, .i tried in Vain to Contact her Boss.. She's such a Toddller she's reacting to my Confrontation this morning that she's unrealiable, i mean im always calling and requsting a quote, not even once did she call me. she's so unprofessional and bad for Business, .. she carry on as if she Owns Emerald, ..i dont think i'l even want to get married there any more if thats the attitude we get for Complaining if she's not Doing her Job Properly and Professionally, Disgusting Reall
