COMPLAINT/ AGAINST JET

My mother who is 66yr old pensioner went to the Mdantsane Jet Store to buy a cellphone on 2013-08-03.When she arrived home excited with the phone we noticed the external condition of the phone, its got scratches, the screen is not even covered with plastic as proof of a new merchandise. When the phone was switched on there were saved ringtones which are not Nokia ringtones or default ringtones. There were messages that dates as far back as 2012 on the phone from the previous owner. On 2013-08-04 we went to the store the consultant who sold her the phone was there then we waited at the cue for our turn to be served. When it was our turn the lady asked if she can help us, then I responded yes we are returning the phone. Then she asked what is wrong with the phone? I told her that everything is wrong, can I see the manager? There was a guy behind the lady who didn't even identify himself when I asked for the manager. The guy was just starring at us because I called twice for the manager who didn't come to the scene. I discover that the guy is the manager, he couldn't answer he was just angry, fuming at me as I was explaining the situation. He didn't respond but look angry at the situation.
