Unprofessional!!!

I phoned to get a price to transport goods, Sandile gave me a price for R6500.per day. I then got other quotes and decided to go with manline as their price was the best. I phoned Sandile back to make sure of the price and he confirmed that it will be R6500 per day and if there is 3 or 4 loads it does not matter as long as I can do it between 7H30 and 16H30 it is fine it will cost me only R6500. I then ask him to send me a qoute. I then got a e-mail on a letterhead that said rate as requested R6500 per day from JHB-Nigel, but there was no banking details on the quote, so I phoned back AGAIN and ask for a proper quote with the banking details on so I can do a EFT. I waited and waited and phoned and left messages and only the next day after I had to phone again I got my quote but now it was R6500 per load??? not per day!!! How unprofessional!!! They just waisted my time!!!
